This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Applied Science, Inc., located at 983 Golden Gate Terrace, Grass Valley, California 95945 (“Applied Science”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), with respect to your use of the Applied Science websites at www.hemoflow.com and www.hemoflow.eu (collectively, the “Site”) and the services we provide, such as our blood bankinge services and hospital solutions (collectively, the Site and our services are the “Services”).
For individuals in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) who are our customers, Applied Science, Inc. is the controller of your personal data. For individuals in the EEA who receive services from one of our customers (e.g., a patient in a hospital that uses our Services or a donor at a blood bank that uses our Services), then our customer is the controller of your personal data, and we are a processor handling information for them on their behalf.
